• you have 24 hours from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• please note a 10% restoking fee will be applied on all refunds on non-defective products and shipping cost are non refundable, return shipping cost on the sender.
• our staff that is in charge of returns and exchange will inspect any returns and exchange to check for wear and tear or misuse. we will not exchange or refund item that have been worn or damaged.
• Item sent back to us without first requesting a return or contacting us will not be accepted.
